  • Physical, physiological and mental health condition, provided by You and/or Your Healthcare Service provider or accessible from Your medical records
  • Personal medical records and history
  • Valid financial information at time of purchase of product/Services and/or online payment
  • Login ID and password
  • User details as provided at the time of registration or thereafter
  • Records of interaction with Raduga Health representatives
  • Past and current medical records.
  • Your usage details such as time, frequency, duration and pattern of use, features used and the amount of storage used
  • Master and transaction data and other data stored in Your user account

TERM OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:

Raduga Health will be the exclusive owner of such data and records. However, all records are regarded as confidential and will not be divulged to any third party unless required by law. PERMISSIONS:

Once the App is downloaded and installed, you may be prompted to grant certain permissions to allow the App to perform certain actions on your device. These actions include permission to:

  • Camera: Permission is required to have virtual consultations with the doctor’s team and to take a picture of your documents
  • Photos/Media/Files/Storage: Permission is required for easy uploading/downloading of the pictures/documents/files from your device storage
  • Phone Number: Permission is required to initiate the call 22 22657738 / 1 to customer support/ Care Team

Third-party integrations: Linked websites and third-party services are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content. By using one of the above third-party integrations (offering content or functionality), you agree that such third parties may process Personal Information you provide them by using their services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any third-party service’s use of Customer’s exported information.
